1. Services

We offer a variety of wellness reminders and coaching sessions designed to uplift your mood and support your well being.

1.1 Refunds and Rescheduling

If you cancel a scheduled session at least 48 hours before the start time, you are eligible for a full refund issued to your original payment method. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund, but you may request to reschedule your session within 30 days of the original date subject to availability.

Subscription based reminder services can be canceled at any time. Fees paid for past periods will not be returned, but you will continue to receive the service until the end of the current cycle.

2. Information Products

We provide digital wellness guides and workbooks available for download.

2.1 Refund Policy

Requests for a refund of digital products must be made within 14 days of purchase. To qualify, you must demonstrate that the digital file could not be accessed or that the content did not match its description. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

3. Physical Products

Our physical wellness items are shipped from our distribution center.

3.1 Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with a physical product, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

5. Changes to These Terms
